Get your brand monitoring set up in just 5 minutes. This guide covers the essentials to start tracking your AI visibility immediately.

Create Your Account

Head to the signup page and create your QentrixAI account. You'll need a valid email address.

Navigate to:
https://qentrixai.com/signup
Enter your email, password, and organization name
Verify your email address via the confirmation link
Complete your profile (optional but recommended)
Create Account

Add Your First Brand

Once logged in, you'll be prompted to add your first brand. This is the brand you want to monitor across AI search engines.

Required information:

  • Brand Name:Your company or product name (e.g., "Acme Corp")
  • Domain:Your primary website (e.g., "acme.com")
  • Industry:Select your business category

💡 Tip: Add brand aliases (alternate names, product names, misspellings) to capture more mentions. For example, if your brand is "McDonald's", also add "McDonalds" and "Mickey D's".

Configure AI Providers

QentrixAI monitors multiple AI search engines. By default, all available providers are enabled:

Each provider has different characteristics. ChatGPT rarely includes citations, while Perplexity always cites sources. Your dashboard will show provider-specific insights.
