Key Metrics

The top of your dashboard displays four key performance indicators:

Visibility Score

Primary Metric

Your overall presence in AI responses, measured on a scale of 0-100. This composite score reflects:

  • Mention frequency - How often your brand appears
  • Position index - Where in the response you appear (earlier = better)
  • Provider coverage - Across which AI engines
Score range interpretation:
0-25: Low26-50: Moderate51-75: Good76-100: Excellent

Total Mentions

The number of times your brand (including aliases) was mentioned in AI responses during the selected time period.

Example: 247 mentions in the last 7 days

Citations

Links to your domain included in AI responses. Citations drive direct traffic and indicate authoritative references.

Note: ChatGPT rarely includes citations, while Perplexity always cites sources. Compare citations per provider for accurate insights.

Sentiment

How positively or negatively your brand is portrayed when mentioned. Sentiment is analyzed from the context around each mention.
